Engineering Manager, Runtime Platform, Robot Software — Wayve

Lead the team behind the software that runs on Wayve's vehicle compute. Wayve trains an end-to-end AI driver directly from camera data and closed a $1.05B Series C backed by SoftBank and NVIDIA.

Hardware Engineering

Alpha Plant Systems Lead — Proxima Fusion

Own the tritium fuel cycle, high voltage power, heating and cryogenic systems for Proxima's Alpha machine. The Max Planck spinout is building a commercial stellarator and runs a UK site at the Culham campus.

Radio Frequency Engineer — Helsing

Work on sensing and electronic warfare hardware at Europe's most valuable defence tech company, now €12B valued, with £350M committed to UK investment and MoD contracts including the ASGARD programme.

Mission Operations Manager, Europe — Anduril

Run deployment and sustainment of Anduril's autonomous defence systems with European customers. The company's Lattice OS connects hardware across air, land, sea and space, and revenue reached roughly $1B in 2024.
