AI Engineer (Agents) — Arondite

Arondite, founded by Palantir, Helsing and BAE Systems alumni, builds software that connects drones, ground robots and sensors from any manufacturer. This role develops AI agents that support human operators overseeing autonomous systems.

Hardware Engineering

Photonics Design Engineer — Salience Labs

Salience Labs, an Oxford spinout that has raised $88M, builds silicon photonics optical switches for AI data centres. This role designs the photonic circuits behind its low-latency, all-optical switching products.

Aircraft Design Engineer — Greenjets

Greenjets builds electric and turbofan propulsion for uncrewed aircraft, supplying NATO and the UK MoD after a $40M Series A. This role designs airframes for its growing product line in Milton Keynes.

Commercial & Operations

IT Systems Engineer — Olix

Olix is developing the Optical Tensor Processing Unit, a photonics-based AI inference accelerator, and has grown past 70 staff. This on-site role runs the IT systems supporting its London engineering team.
