ARX Robotics builds autonomous ground vehicles and the Mithra OS software platform for European armed forces, and is investing £45M in a UK manufacturing facility. They're hiring a Technical Programme Manager in London to run delivery across hardware and software programmes, working on-site. This program management role sits within the UK's defence technology sector.
We are looking for a Technical Programme Manager who thrives at the intersection of engineering rigour, operational complexity, and process governance. You will be responsible in designing and building the programme infrastructure, across engineering teams and operational stakeholders alike.
You will connect geographically distributed teams in the UK, Germany, and Ukraine, ensuring field reality reaches the central product organisation in Germany in a form that enables prioritisation, and that commitments back to the field are realistic, visible, and delivered. You bring clarity where there is ambiguity, structure where there is noise, and accountability where there are gaps.
Please note: You do not need to meet every single requirement to apply. We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to grow into the role and develop their expertise further.
