
The role of the Program Management Team (PgM) is to shape and accelerate the delivery of GDM’s highest priorities. This position sits within a PgM team partnering with People & Culture (P&C) at Google DeepMind and therefore will focus on leading programs with a high element of organisational and technical change, impacting how we operate and how people work.
We continually pursue sustainable ways to optimize our work, working in partnership with P&C and related teams to cultivate an environment where people can be both highly collaborative and deeply creative, making responsible and groundbreaking research progress at pace. This role is a Fixed-Term contract, ending in December 2026.

As a Technical Program Manager in our People & Culture team, you will apply program management methodologies to multiple initiatives, balancing progress and risk to deliver sustainable change to meet objectives.
You will work with HR professionals, engineers, data scientists, and leadership stakeholders to define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
