Technical Recruiter, Fixed-term contract (6 months)

The day-to-day

• Source candidates for a variety of different technical roles across the Software stack

• Create and execute on hiring strategies to ensure we hire with both quality and speed in mind

• Own creative campaigns to deliver exceptional quality and quantity of Software candidates

• Take full 360 ownership of delivering hires against the priority roles you will work on

• Utilise data to improve hiring efficiencies and spot any blockers early

You should apply if you

• Consider yourself a Technology expert in the world of Talent Acquisition. You can converse on a technical level with Software Engineers, and are motivated by learning about new technologies and advancements in the industry.
  
  
• Have experience hiring for fast-scaling organisations within technology and/or defence industries.
  
  
• Are an expert in technical candidate generation, via methods that go beyond LinkedIn Recruiter.
  
  
• Are fluent in written and spoken English and German (ideally, but not essential).
  
  
• Can positively influence hiring stakeholders in matters such as job design, interview process and hiring strategies.
